Pork Fried Rice (Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

Part 1 (Veg Base)

  • 6 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 2 large Organic Purple/Red Onion sliced
  • 110 g Garlic Scapes (4 ounces), cut into small pieces

Part 2 (Veg Base)

Part 3 (Oven)

  • 450 g Organic Frozen Peas (16 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar

Part 4

  • 670 g Bacon Ends, or lardons, or thick bacon, or ham steak (24 ounces)
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar

Part 5

  • 1 KG Cold Organic Cooked Rice of Choice (36 ounces)
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 6 (Optional JUST Egg)

  • 1 container Just Egg (vegan egg substitute, contains soy)
  • 3 TBSP Lard Drippings/Oil drained from your pork
  • 3 tsp Organic Onion Granules
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
