Easy Chicken Thigh Pasta (GF, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 5 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used olive oil
  • 2 Organic Purple/Red Onion sliced
  • 900 g Organic Bone-In Chicken Thigh (32 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 1 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Cumin

Part 3

  • 1.26 L Organic Tomato Sauce (45 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Cabernet Vinegar we used O Olive Oil brand
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 20 drops Liquid Smoke
