  • 112 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice

Part 3

  • 85 mL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (3 ounces)
  • 3 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

Part 4

  • 85 mL HOT Water (3 ounces)

Part 5 Pineapple Ingredients

  • 1/2 Organic Pineapple sliced into rings
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon to taste
  • dash Organic Ground Ginger
  • splash Organic Vanilla Extract
