Part 1
- 225 - 353 g White Fish of Choice (8 - 12 ounces) we used a wild & seasonal option
- 16 tsp Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking
- 1 Lime large, sliced
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
- 1 tsp Organic Onion Granules
- 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Chipotle
- 1/4 tsp Organic Chili Powder
Part 2
- 335 g Cooked Pasta of Choice (12 ounces) we used Jovial GF Penne Pasta
- 6 tsp Dairy Free Butter for tossing
- Additional Salt to Taste
