Lemon & Thyme Fried Shrimp (Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 100 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 40 g Arrowroot
  • Lemon Zest to taste 1/2 a lemon is a great starting point
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Optional

  • 2 tsp Organic Maple Sugar

Part 2

  • 1 TBSP Organic Lemon Juice
  • 110 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)

  • 450 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail removed (16 ounces) we used a wild caught variety
