Lemon & Thyme Fried Shrimp (Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly)
Part 1
- 100 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 40 g Arrowroot
- Lemon Zest to taste 1/2 a lemon is a great starting point
- 2 tsp Organic Dried Thyme
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Optional
- 2 tsp Organic Maple Sugar
Part 2
- 1 TBSP Organic Lemon Juice
- 110 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
