- 720 g Organic Gold Potatoes (25 ounces), cubed
- 450 g Wellshire Paleo Turkey Bacon (16 ounces)
- 70 g Organic Peppers (2.5 ounces), sliced (we used these specialty peppers)
- 56 g Organic Fava Bean Greens OR Green of Choice (such as spinach) (2 ounces)
- 6 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 2 - 3 tsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
