Bacon & Potato Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients

  • 720 g Organic Gold Potatoes (25 ounces), cubed
  • 450 g Wellshire Paleo Turkey Bacon (16 ounces)
  • 70 g Organic Peppers (2.5 ounces), sliced (we used these specialty peppers)
  • 56 g Organic Fava Bean Greens OR Green of Choice (such as spinach) (2 ounces)
  • 6 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 - 3 tsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
