Ingredients

Step 1 Ingredients

  • 110 mL Water (4 ounces)
  • 56 mL Organic Maple Syrup (2 ounces) The Maple Guild
  • 2 packets Red Star Gluten Free Active Dry Yeast

Step 2 Ingredients

  • 370 mL Tiger Nut Milk (13 ounces)
  • 85 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut) (3 ounces)
  • 110 mL Organic Maple Syrup (4 ounces)

Step 3 Ingredients

  • 520 g Cassava Flour we used Otto's, Corn Free Package
  • 170 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) we used Organic Gemini
  • 45 g Arrowroot we used Authentic Foods
  • 20 g Golden Flax Meal we used Namaste Foods
  • 1.5 tsp Redmond’s Pink Salt

Glaze Ingredients (Optional)

  • 200 g Organic Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract we used Singing Dog
  • 5 tsp Fresh Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice we used Fresh Squeezed from Safe Wax-Free Farm
  • 15 mL Water (1/2 ounce) we used Summit Spring (Raw Water)
