Ingredients

Part 1

  • 240 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 75 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) tuber, not a nut
  • 75 g Millet Flour, superfine (Authentic Foods)
  • 40 g Organic Cacao Powder
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder we use Hain Featherweight
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda we use Arm & Hammer
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 110 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut) (4 ounces)
  • 110 mL Tiger Nut Milk OR Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Sunflower Seed Butter, Unsweetened

Part 3

  • 140 mL Hot Water (5 ounces)
