- 75 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) tuber, not a nut
- 75 g Millet Flour, superfine (Authentic Foods)
- 40 g Organic Cacao Powder
- 30 g Arrowroot
- 4 tsp Baking Powder we use Hain Featherweight
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda we use Arm & Hammer
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

- 110 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut) (4 ounces)
- 110 mL Tiger Nut Milk OR Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
- 4 TBSP Organic Sunflower Seed Butter, Unsweetened

- 140 mL Hot Water (5 ounces)
