  • 200 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) tuber, NOT a nut
  • 80 g Arrowroot
  • 8 tsp Redmond's Real Fine Sea Salt
  • 8 tsp Baking Powder

Part 2

  • 500 mL Water
  • 300 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 200 mL Organic Maple Syrup
  • 4 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 -2 TBSP Water, ONLY if needed see notes in directions
