  • 40 g Ramps (1.4 ounces) Bulb, leaf, and stem

  • 170 mL Milk of Choice (6 ounces)
  • 225 g Follow Your Heart Dairy Free Parmesan OR Safe Cheese Shreds of Choice (8 ounces/2 containers)
