Sweet & Smoky Peach & Bacon Pizza (GF, DF, EF, AF)

Ingredients

Pepper Ingredients

  • 300 g Sweet Peppers sliced into small pieces
  • 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 6 drops Liquid Smoke
  • Small amount of Cooking Oil

Bacon Ingredients

  • 450 g Bacon Ends/Lardons of Choices (16 ounces)
  • 180 g Frozen Peaches (6.5 ounces) thawed (finish your 10 ounce bag, notes below)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 4 drops Liquid Smoke

For Assembly, You'll Also Need:

  • Pizza Dough of Choice we used Wholly Wholesome
  • Peach Pizza Sauce however, you can use a different sauce
  • (Dairy Free) Cheese of Choice we used Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds + Cheddar Shreds, both DF equipment
  • Cooked Bacon & Peaches info above
  • Cooked Sweet Peppers info above
  • Optional "Finishing" Cheese we tested this with a little Follow Your Heart DF Feta
