  • 10 - 16 ounces Brussels Sprouts cut into small pieces if fresh, use whole if frozen petite sprouts (see photos)
  • 450 g Bacon Ends/Lardons of Choices (16 ounces) cut into small pieces
  • 5 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 5 drops Liquid Smoke
  • 2 TBSP Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar we use O Olive Oil brand
