Asian Inspired Turkey & Vegetables (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 5 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used EVOO
  • 500 g Organic Yellow Onion (18 ounces) diced
  • 460 g Organic Cabbage (16.5 ounces) roughly chopped
  • 150 g Organic Bok Choy (5 ounces) cut into bite sized pieces
  • 80 g Organic Seasonal Greens of Choice (3 ounces) stick with Asian greens if possible, cut into ribbons
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 670 g Organic Ground Turkey (24 ounces)
  • 2 TBSP Mirin
  • 1 TBSP Organic Garlic minced, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Organic Chopped Ginger jarred is fine
