Easy Pork and Carrot Filling/Topping (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 180 g Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 140 g Organic Yellow Bell Pepper diced
  • 195 g Organic Carrots sliced on the thin side
  • 245 mL Water divided, (see directions)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 3 TBSP Mirin

Part 3

  • 450 g Ground Pork (16 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 125 mL Organic Honey of Choice (just about 4.5 ounces)
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Ginger can use more
