Ingredients

Part 1

  • 100 g Organic White Cane Sugar
  • 50 g Organic Light Brown Sugar
  • 100 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 60 g Organic Buckwheat Flour

  • 30 g Arrowroot

  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 100 g Organic Pumpkin Purée (3.5 ounces)
  • 180 mL Milk of Choice (6 ounces)
  • 85 mL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (3 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 8 mL Organic Maple Extract

Part 3

  • 90 mL Hot Water (3 ounces)
