Dairy Free Cheesy Kale with Rice (Gluten Free, Vegan, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 bunch Organic Kale dino kale recommended
  • 2/3 cup Dairy Free Cheese Blend of Choice we used both white and yellow shreds
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Cooked Organic Short Grain Brown Rice
  • 1 tsp Bragg Organic Herbs & Spices OR Your Favorite Savory All Purpose Spice Blend

Optional

  • Organic Caramelized Onions we used 3 TBSP and that works well
  • Bacon Bits OR Small Bits of Seasoned Ground Turkey
