Mushroom “Pizza” (Gluten Free, Vegan, Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  • 670 g Organic Tomato Sauce (24 ounces) AKA Strained Tomatoes
  • 785 g Organic Tomato Paste (28 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
  • 3 tsp Organic Onion Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Basil
  • 2 pinches Organic Dried Rosemary

For The Mushroom Pizza Assembly You Will Need

  • 1 large Organic Portobello Mushroom per "Pizza"
  • 3 - 4 tsp Organic Tomato Sauce (from above)
  • Toppings of Choice We used Dairy Free Cheese, ramps, organic green onions, Applegate Turkey Pepperoni, Wellshire Bacon Bits, organic peppers, organic chicken, and anything else I could imagine.
