Paleo Pancakes Recipe (Corn Free & Nut Free)

Ingredients

  • 140 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) (1 cup)
  • 85 g Cassava Flour (1/2 cup) I use Otto's
  • 225 mL Water (8 ounces)
  • 4 tsp Organic Maple Butter (whipped & heated maple syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Organic Ground Cinnamon to Taste
