  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Part 2 (Milk Mix)

  • 450 mL Milk of Choice (16 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Part 3

  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 3 TBSP Safe Oil of Choice
