Sweet Butternut Squash Pizza (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Part 2
- 140 mL Unsweetened Milk of Choice (5 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- dash Organic Ground Black Pepper
- 60 mL Organic Maple Syrup (2 ounces)
Squash Topping Ingredients
- 295 g Organic Butternut Squash (10.5 ounces), cut into small cubes
- 2 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 bunch Organic Green Onions chopped
- 1 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
Additional Assembly Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Dough of Choice. We use Wholly Wholesome. You can make a yeast free crust at home or use an alternative carb such as crackers or bagels.
- 225 g (Dairy Free) Shredded Cheese of Choice (8 ounces)
