Butternut Squash Cooking

Sweet Butternut Squash Pizza (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients

  • 8 TBSP Dairy Free Butter

Part 2

  • 140 mL Unsweetened Milk of Choice (5 ounces)
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • dash Organic Ground Black Pepper
  • 60 mL Organic Maple Syrup (2 ounces)

Part 3

  • 3/4 tsp Guar Gum

Squash Topping Ingredients

  • 295 g Organic Butternut Squash (10.5 ounces), cut into small cubes
  • 2 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Part 2

  • 1 bunch Organic Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar

Additional Assembly Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Dough of Choice. We use Wholly Wholesome. You can make a yeast free crust at home or use an alternative carb such as crackers or bagels.
  • 225 g (Dairy Free) Shredded Cheese of Choice (8 ounces)

  • Organic Dried Chives for Garnish
