Sweet Potato Pie (GF, Vegan, Corn Free, Amazing)

Ingredients

Pie Filling Ingredients

  • 450 g Mashed Sweet Potato (16 ounces)
  • 140 mL Organic Maple Syrup (5 ounces) you can use less, I have a sweet tooth
  • 60 mL Tiger Nut Milk OR Milk of Choice (2 ounces) tuber, not a nut
  • 1.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 2 dashes Organic Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Orange squeezed

Crust Ingredients

  • 300 g Cassava Flour
  • 9 TBSP Organic Shortening
  • 4 TBSP Organic Maple Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 Orange squeezed

Flax Gel/Egg

  • 1.5 TBSP Golden Flax Meal
  • 4 TBSP Water
