Candy Bar (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

"Cake" Layer Ingredients

  • 170 g Organic White Cane Sugar
  • 100 g Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 90 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
  • 80 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 70 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 6 tsp Arrowroot
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 335 mL Unsweetened Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

Part 3

  • 2 TBSP Organic White Cane Sugar for sprinkling

You'll Also Need

  • 6 TBSP Crunchy Sun Butter OR a crunchy nut/seed/legume/tuber butter of your choosing
  • Organic Maple Butter to taste, we used 4 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips of Choice (a bar works too since we're melting)
  • Candy Bar Mold of Choice
  • Double Boiler for melting chocolate
