"Cake" Layer Ingredients
- 170 g Organic White Cane Sugar
- 100 g Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 90 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
- 80 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 70 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
- 6 tsp Arrowroot
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2
- 335 mL Unsweetened Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
- 4 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
Part 3
- 2 TBSP Organic White Cane Sugar for sprinkling

- 6 TBSP Crunchy Sun Butter OR a crunchy nut/seed/legume/tuber butter of your choosing
- Organic Maple Butter to taste, we used 4 tsp
- Chocolate Chips of Choice (a bar works too since we're melting)
- Candy Bar Mold of Choice
- Double Boiler for melting chocolate
