Gluten Free Oven Baked Crispy Cereal Chicken (Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 4 Organic Boneless Chicken Breast cut into strips

Part 2

  • 120 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 110 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 3 tsp Organic Onion Granules
  • 1 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Part 3

  • 335 mL Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
  • 4 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 335 - 450 g Cereal of Choice (12 - 16 ounces) we used Nature's Path Millet Cereal Flakes Be sure to use a cereal that's rather bland/simple.
