- 4 Organic Boneless Chicken Breast cut into strips

- 120 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 110 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 3 tsp Organic Onion Granules
- 1 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

- 335 mL Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
- 4 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 335 - 450 g Cereal of Choice (12 - 16 ounces) we used Nature's Path Millet Cereal Flakes Be sure to use a cereal that's rather bland/simple.
