Creamy Spinach, Chicken, & Mushroom Pasta (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Chicken & Mushroom Ingredients

  • 200 g Organic Mushrooms (7 ounces), cut into small pieces
  • 8 TBSP Dairy Free Butter

Part 2

  • 110 g Organic Baby Kale (4 ounces)

Part 3

  • 525 g Organic Boneless Chicken Breast (18.75 ounces), cubed
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Cream Sauce Ingredients:

  • 450 mL Milk of Choice (16 ounces) we used homemade milk
  • 110 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese of Choice (4 ounces) we used Follow Your Heart Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 tsp Dairy Free Butter room temperature
  • 4 tsp Arrowroot
  • 2 tsp Pasta Water the starchy goodness after boiling your pasta
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
