  • 4 large Organic Yellow Carrots medium-thin slices
  • 3 small/medium Organic Red Beets peeled and cubed
  • 5 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Curry Rice Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 1 large Organic Yellow Onion diced

  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 - 5 tsp Organic Curry Seasoning Powder based on age/taste
  • 5 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • Cooked Organic Rice of Choice at least 3 cups
