- 185 g Organic Maple Sugar
- 105 g Cassava Flour
- 55 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
- 30 g Arrowroot
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Part 3
- 112 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut) (4 ounces) NOT Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
Part 4
- 112 mL Hot Water (4 ounces)

- Safe Cherries, pitted and cut into small pieces I suggest starting with about 2 pounds of cherries (weight with pits) and see if that's a good amount for you.
