Cherry Cake/Tart (Corn Free, Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

Flax Gel/Egg

Part 1

  • 185 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 105 g Cassava Flour
  • 55 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Optional

  • 1/4 tsp Guar Gum

Part 2

Part 3

  • 112 mL Organic Tiger Nut Oil (tuber, NOT a nut) (4 ounces) NOT Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract

Part 4

  • 112 mL Hot Water (4 ounces)

You'll Also Need

  • Safe Cherries, pitted and cut into small pieces I suggest starting with about 2 pounds of cherries (weight with pits) and see if that's a good amount for you.
