Strawberry & Chicken Feta Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients

Chicken (or Pulled Jackfruit) Ingredients

  • 1.9 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (68 ounces), no need to trim
  • 450 mL Water (16 ounces)
  • 85 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 3 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
  • 3 TBSP Organic Onion Granules
  • 4 tsp Sea Salt

Strawberry Sauce Ingredients

  • 12 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 590 g Organic Strawberries (21 ounces), cut into small pieces
  • 225 mL Milk of Choice (8 ounces)
  • 45 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • Dried Basil Leaves to taste

Slurry (for Strawberry Sauce)

  • 56 mL Water (2 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Arrowroot
