Meat Mix Ingredients
- 900 g Organic Ground Turkey (32 ounces) ground beef, pork, or chicken would all work well
- 280 g Organic Yellow Onion (10 ounces), diced
- 13 Habanada Peppers
- 2 Flamingo/Gypsy Peppers
- 3 TBSP Lard/Drippings OR Cooking Fat of Choice
- 3 tsp Organic Garlic chopped/finely minced
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
- 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Cumin
Avocado Cream Sauce Ingredients
- 670 g Organic Avocado (24 ounces) I used 2 Jumbo Reed Avocado
- 450 mL Milk of Choice (16 ounces) I used Organic Homemade Oat Milk
- 3 TBSP Organic Caramelized Onions
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Generous pinch Organic Ground Black Pepper
