Ingredients

  • 1.34 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (48 ounces)
  • 450 g Cipollini Onions (16 ounces), cut (see video above)
  • 365 g Organic Carrots (13 ounces), peeled and cut on the larger side
  • 450 mL Water (16 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt plus salt for your chicken
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Organic Ground Turmeric to taste
  • 1 tsp Organic Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Bay Leaves
