Cheese Free Pizza Rolls! Veggie Loaded (Gluten Free, Vegan, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 3 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking
  • 155 g Organic Carrots (5.5 ounces), peeled and sliced thin (2 medium carrots)

Part 2

  • 112 g Lion’s Mane Mushroom (4 ounces), cut into small pieces (or mushroom variety of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Part 3

  • 200 g Organic Tomato Paste (7 ounces) Bio Naturae by Jovial
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Smoked Paprika I use the Spicely brand
  • Liquid Smoke to Taste
