Allium Free Meat Sauce (Gluten Free, Top 8 Allergy Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 280 g Organic Mushrooms (10 ounces) fresh or frozen OK
  • 400 g Organic Carrots (14.5 ounces), cut into medium-small pieces (see photo below)
  • Oil of Choice for Cooking I used extra virgin organic olive oil

Part 2

  • 1.34 KG Ground Meat of Choice (48 ounces) I used home-ground pork, see notes below
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 TBSP Organic Balsamic Vinegar I used O Olive Oil Fig Balsamic
  • 2 tsp Organic Smoked Paprika Spicely Organics

Part 3

  • 670 g Organic Tomato Sauce (24 ounces) AKA Strained Tomatoes
  • 500 g Organic Diced Tomatoes (18 ounces)
  • 200 g Organic Tomato Paste (7 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
