Part 1
- 8 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 330 g Organic Yellow Onion (12 ounces), sliced
Part 2: 310g (11 ounces) Mushrooms of Choice. I Used:
- 130 g Shiitake Mushrooms (5 ounces)
- 150 g Lion’s Mane Mushroom (6 ounces)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Part 3
- 670 mL Milk of Choice (24 ounces) I used homemade oat milk
- 5 TBSP Pasta Water from your cooked and finished pasta
- 4 tsp Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
- 225 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese of Choice (8 ounces) I used Follow Your Heart
