Gluten Free, Vegan, Top 8 Free Creamy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 8 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking I use Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 450 g Vine on Cherry Tomatoes (16 ounces) cut into medium/large pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 TBSP Granulated Sweetener of Choice I used Organic Maple Sugar

Part 2

  • 112 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (4 ounces), chopped, not from frozen

Part 3

  • 670 mL Milk of Choice (24 ounces) I used homemade
  • 1 TBSP Organic Garlic chopped/finely minced
  • 2 tsp Pomegranate Vinegar O Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Sage
  • vines from tomato see notes below

Optional

  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
