- 450 g Vine on Cherry Tomatoes (16 ounces) cut into medium/large pieces
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 4 TBSP Granulated Sweetener of Choice I used Organic Maple Sugar

- 112 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (4 ounces), chopped, not from frozen
Part 3
- 670 mL Milk of Choice (24 ounces) I used homemade
- 1 TBSP Organic Garlic chopped/finely minced
- 2 tsp Pomegranate Vinegar O Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Sage
