- 120 g Organic Trumpet Mushrooms (4.5 ounces) cut into bite sized pieces
- 100 g Organic Brown Mushrooms (3.5 ounces) roughly chopped
- 170 g Organic Carrots (6 ounces), sliced thin
- 4 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking
- 3 TBSP Organic Dried Spinach I get this from Mountain Rose Herbs
- 2 TBSP Champagne Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
