Gluten Free Vegan Pesto Pasta (Top 8 Allergy Free)

Ingredients

  • 120 g Organic Trumpet Mushrooms (4.5 ounces) cut into bite sized pieces
  • 100 g Organic Brown Mushrooms (3.5 ounces) roughly chopped
  • 170 g Organic Carrots (6 ounces), sliced thin
  • 4 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking
  • 3 TBSP Organic Dried Spinach we get ours from Mountain Rose Herbs
  • 2 TBSP Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Optional

  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

You'll Also Need

  • 225 g Follow Your Heart Pesto Mayo (8 ounces) OR the alternative mentioned at top of post
  • 225 g Cooked Pasta of Choice (8 ounces)

Optional

  • Sprouts of Choice I like to use them for added nutrition
