Oven Baked Gluten Free Pistachio Chicken “Nuggets”

Ingredients

  • 500 g Organic Boneless Chicken Breast (18 ounces), cubed
  • 60 g Pistachio Flour, plus flour for sprinkling (see photo) (2 ounces)
  • 3 TBSP Organic Dried Spinach we purchase this from Mountain Rose Herbs
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Marjoram
