Easy Dinner: Pork & Black Eyed Pea Stew (GF, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

  • 1460 g Pork, cut into bite sized pieces 1.5 KG / 52 ounces /3.2 pounds
  • 840 g Black Eye Peas, drained (30 ounces / 2 regular cans) we used the Eden brand
  • 411 g Organic Yellow Onion (2) sliced
  • 770 mL Milk of Choice (27.5 ounces)
  • 220 mL Organic Maple Syrup (7.5 - 8 ounces)
  • 4 TBSP Organic Dried Spinach we use Mountain Rose Herbs
  • 5 tsp Sea Salt
