Easy Cabbage and Sausage Soup (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 85 g Dairy Free Butter (3 ounces)
  • 2 medium Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 800 g Organic Red Potatoes (28 ounces) cubed into medium-sized pieces
  • 400 g Organic Napa Cabbage (16 ounces) diced, see photo for size

Part 2

  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 6 Cloves Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped

Part 3

  • 1.85 L Broth/Stock of Choice (8 cups/64 ounces) we used homemade chicken stock
  • 750 g Sausage of Choice (27 ounces) we used 8 Chicken Apple Sausage
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
