Easy Cabbage and Sausage Soup (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)
Part 1
- 85 g Dairy Free Butter (3 ounces)
- 2 medium Organic Yellow Onion diced
- 800 g Organic Red Potatoes (28 ounces) cubed into medium-sized pieces
- 400 g Organic Napa Cabbage (16 ounces) diced, see photo for size
Part 2
- 3 tsp Sea Salt
- 6 Cloves Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
Part 3
- 1.85 L Broth/Stock of Choice (8 cups/64 ounces) we used homemade chicken stock
- 750 g Sausage of Choice (27 ounces) we used 8 Chicken Apple Sausage
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
