  • 120 mL Oil of Choice for Cooking
  • 60 g Peeled Garlic (2 ounces) wrapped in foil (see photo)
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

  • 750 g Roasted Vegetable (from above)
  • 300 mL Milk of Choice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 30 g Organic Roasted Garlic from the foil
