Ingredients

Part 1

  • 2 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used EVOO
  • 160 g Organic Orange Bell Pepper (5.7 ounces) small dice
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 1 Optional

  • 100 g Organic Yellow Onion (3.5 ounces) sliced

Part 2

  • 450 g Grass Fed Ground Bison OR Ground Lamb (16 ounces)
  • 3 TBSP Organic Lemon Juice fresh if possible
  • 2 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
  • 1.5 - 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Organic Dried Dill Weed
  • 3/4 tsp Organic Dried Thyme pieces, not ground
