- 150 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 60 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 30 g Arrowroot
- 20 g Organic Maple Sugar
- 2 TBSP Golden Flax Meal
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2
- 370 mL Milk of Choice (13 ounces)
Part 3
- 1 Large Organic Eggplant or more, and small is OK too
- Smoked Salt
