Ingredients

Part 1

  • 150 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 60 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 20 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Golden Flax Meal
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 370 mL Milk of Choice (13 ounces)

Part 3

  • 1 Large Organic Eggplant or more, and small is OK too
  • Smoked Salt
