Gluten Free Garlic Parmesan Fried Chicken Wings (Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 950 g Organic Chicken Wings (34 ounces)

Part 2

  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 120 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 40 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 2 TBSP Organic Dried Spinach
  • 1 TBSP Organic Lemon Zest
  • 1 TBSP Organic Onion Granules
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Basil

Part 4

  • 320 mL Milk of Choice (11.5 ounces) we used a homemade milk

Parmesan Sauce Ingredients

  • 125 mL Milk of Choice (5 ounces)
  • 112 g Shredded Parmesan Cheese of Choice (4 ounces) we used FYH Parmesan
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Spinach
  • 1.5 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped

Optional

  • dash Organic Ground Black Pepper
