Dairy Free White Bean Pumpkin Soup (GF, Vegan, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 100 g Dairy Free Butter OR Cooking Fat/Broth/Stock of Choice
  • 250 g Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 425 g Organic Butter Beans (15 ounces) drained
  • 425 g Organic Cannellini Beans (15 ounces) drained
  • 425 g Organic Great Northern Beans (15 ounces) drained
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 1.34 KG Organic Pumpkin Purée (48 ounces) ours was canned
  • 830 mL Milk of Choice (30 ounces)
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Marjoram
  • 3/4 tsp Organic Dried Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
  • pinch Organic Ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch Organic Ground White Pepper
