- 5 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking I used EVOO
- 500 g Organic Yellow Onion (18 ounces) diced
- 460 g Organic Cabbage (16.5 ounces) roughly chopped
- 150 g Organic Bok Choy (5 ounces) cut into bite sized pieces
- 80 g Organic Seasonal Greens of Choice (3 ounces) stick with Asian greens if possible, cut into ribbons
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2
- 670 g Organic Ground Turkey (24 ounces)
- 2 TBSP Mirin
- 1 TBSP Organic Garlic minced, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Chopped Ginger jarred is fine
