Ingredients

Part 1

  • 450 mL Milk of Choice (16 ounces)
  • 175 g Organic Bananas (6 ounces) 2 average bananas
  • 85 mL Avocado Oil (3 ounces)
  • 70 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves
  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 160 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
  • 100 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 80 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 50 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
