Part 1
- 4 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 350 g Organic Cabbage (12.5 ounces)
- 250 g Organic Yellow Onion (9 ounces) diced
- 225 g Organic Brown Mushrooms (8 ounces) roughly chopped
- 170 g Organic Medjool Dates (6 ounces) pitted & chopped, can use less if you'd like
- 75 g Organic Collard Greens (2.5 ounces) chiffonade into ribbons
Part 2
- 4 TBSP Mirin I use the Eden brand
- 670 g Organic Ground Turkey (1.5 pound)
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
Part 3
- 1000 mL Milk of Choice (36 ounces) I used homemade
- 2 tsp Organic Garlic (heaping teaspoons) chopped/minced
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Part 4
- 1.06 KG Organic Long Grain Brown Rice (38 ounces) weighed cooked
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt OPTIONAL
