Ingredients

Part 1

  • 3 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used EVOO
  • 330 g Anaheim Chili sliced

Part 2

  • 2 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking
  • 400 g Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 800 g Organic Crushed Tomatoes (28 ounces) we use the big Bio Naturae can
  • 10 g Organic Cacao Powder
  • 9 drops Liquid Smoke Lazy Kettle Brand
  • 4 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
  • 1 tsp Organic Dried Oregano
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Chipotle you can use more for more heat/kick

Part 4

  • 520 mL Pork Broth or any broth/stock of your choosing
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 5

  • 120 g Organic Medjool Dates pitted & chopped
