Do you ever marinade your meats? I usually don’t but enjoy doing it from time to time. Marinading meats has been known to add extra flavor to your final dish, however, some would argue only the salt gets through. This particular way has been my favorite way to marinate chicken so far. Interestingly, what I love most about this recipe is the glossy, reflective image in the end. The chicken always looks like something out of a magazine, in the most delicious way possible.
