Today I wanted to share an easy breakfast idea that you can take and make your own. If you’re not familiar with Hilary’s Eat Well, be sure to check them out. They’re a gluten free, vegan, allergy friendly company. Also, stuffing. They make SO many cool products, many of which are corn free as well. One of their newer products is their vegan breakfast sausage, and that’s the base for this recipe.
Making an egg free, non-traditional breakfast can be tough, but not impossible. The kids reported that the Hilary’s vegan breakfast patties are quite tasty. They also seem to love the Hilary’s products when I cook/mix them with something else, rather than stand alone.
